What I offer
Every service is personalised to your needs. Whether you're in pain, recovering, or simply ready to feel better — there's an approach that's right for you.
Gentle healing
The Bowen Technique is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works through the body's fascia and nervous system to stimulate natural healing. Small, precise moves over muscles and connective tissue send signals to the brain, prompting the body to reset and rebalance.
Bowen is deeply relaxing and non-invasive, making it suitable for people of all ages — from infants to the elderly — and for a wide range of conditions.
Strength & mobility
Fiona's Pilates sessions are therapeutic and fully personalised — not group-class generic. Whether you're rebuilding strength after injury, managing a chronic condition, or improving your posture and core stability, sessions are designed around your body and your goals.
Conducted in a calm, supportive environment using a range of equipment and mat work.
Release & restore
Unlike a relaxation massage, therapeutic massage is purposeful and targeted. Fiona uses a range of techniques to address the specific areas where your body is holding tension, compensating, or where circulation and mobility have been affected.
Balance & wellbeing
Reflexology works through the feet (and sometimes hands) to address the whole body. By applying precise pressure to specific reflex points, Fiona helps restore balance, reduce stress, and support the body's own healing processes.
Sessions are deeply relaxing and particularly beneficial for anyone dealing with chronic stress, sleep issues, or hormonal imbalance.
Grounding & calm
Breath is the starting point for helping the body feel settled, supported, and safe. Fiona's breathwork sessions draw on various techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and create a foundation from which other healing can happen.
Often woven into other sessions, breathwork can also be explored as a standalone practice for those dealing with stress, trauma, or simply wanting to feel more grounded in daily life.
Fiona is happy to have a brief chat before you book. Reach out and describe what you're experiencing — she'll help you find the best starting point.
